Radeon 9000 with all settings on high with a consistent 20-30 FPS? I call BS.

I have a GF3 Ti200 64MB and with default settings at 1024x768 I get 20-30 FPS and it lowers to about 15 in a raid, and up to 60 FPS indoors.

It runs fine for me with medium settings at 1280x1024 on my laptop which has a pm 1.8, a mobile 9000 and a gig of ram.

I have a friend running it on AXP 2500+ with 1 GB of RAM and a Radeon 7500. It's on the lowest settings possible, pretty much, but it runs at a good 15FPS.
