How did they do that? All I saw was a bunch of people saying "I'm a PC" and a bunch of weird Gates/Seinfeld ads...

I think they overshot their nukes with the last few commercials lol. The Gates/Seinfeld ones were kind of on the obscure side and the "I'm a PC" commercials don't do much to make me want to buy a PC - especially that last one where the boxer knocks a guy out and say in a mean voice "I'm a PC - got a problem with that?". Intimidation ftl :Q

Apple's rebuttals were terrible and pointless. They mock Microsoft for spending money on ads.......really? Apple is mocking somebody for spending money on advertising??? Apple lives on advertising! It's what they do! It was absurd.

The other new one - the buzzer for the word Vista - is also pointless. I guess Apple's marketing staff has missed the Mojave commercials MS has been running, which very clearly show surprised people saying "this is Windows Vista??? Wow!"

I think it's hilarious how people whine about how annoying the Apple commercials are, but when Microsoft does the same thing they love it. :laugh:

I don't know what it is about Apple that pisses people off so much. Doesn't seem to matter though, apparently their marketing works amazingly well.

I'm not partial to macs at all and have never used one but I can definitely say their commercial was a lot more funny.

The cupcake one was actually pretty funny, but also pointless.....I don't think Microsoft is hurting for money.
