In my experience, the best wireless PC Cards are made by Orinoco. The Silver version (WEP 64) can be found for < $70 with some digging around.

i've got this one - you can hook up bigger/better antennas - but there is no COM port for dialup

I ordered this from dell last week Wednesday and it was delivered yesterday. Replaced a regular Linksys 4-port router. Just installed it this afternoon and is working like a champ. Haven't tested the wireless part yet with my laptop - will do that tonight. Excellent deal - I was able to sell my old 4-port router on eb*y for around $75, so it ended up costing only $40 more to upgrade to wireless. Highly recommended.
