Hmm....They should let this go through, and then make all games "dry" from then on. Then post that guy's address on the jumbotron throughout the games, with the message "Talk to me about why all you hockey fans can't have any beer today." Then sit back and watch the fireworks.

Man, that would be great. I bet they'd pay back that $50k with interest as soon as the ass beatings started to commence 😀. One can only dream, though.
 
They really should have some sort of system set up where if your lawsuit is thrown out due to it being too frivolous you have to pay some sort of court fee for wasting everyone's time.

How is the arena going to police something like that anyways? Maybe his buddy at the end of the row kept getting up and getting the beers. Is the staff at the hockey arena going to scrutinize everyone in the seats looking for "problem drinkers"?

How fvckin stupid. Win or lose, they should ban these people and all their relatives from every major sporting event in the United States for the rest of their lives.

haha that's what I thought too only I thought it was a deer not a tree and that she was going to sue park rangers for not keeping deer off the roads.
