Wow, I've become old...

Cuz I've been catching myself thinking about yelling at the kids across the street to SHUT THE HELL UP! They yell and scream 18 hours a day. They are outside yellin and screaming till like 12:30 at night... with no adult supervision. Most are under 10 years old.

I never thought I'd become that crotchity old guy across the street....

Actually, at my still quite young age, I already notice things different, changing kinda step by step. I remember being 10, 12, 15.... And all of those times were different in their own ways, and the older I got, the more I realized the differences and how people matured, and how to differentiate mature/immature people... and how annoying some of them be, almost incredulous that I was once that age and could possibly have acted that way.

I'm only 18 now, and I'll probably be pissed at 18 year olds in a few years.

Don't worry, you're not the only one. I'm 21 as well, and nowadays I can't seem to be able to stand anyone under 19. They're all dooshbags.
Well, not really, but I do enjoy scaring the living bejeezus out of a bratty kid occasionally. Relieves stress. And instead of a bb gun, get two bb guns and see if your g/f would join in on the fun!

definately use the bbgun and remember to change your position between shots that way they have a hard time tracking you down. either that or call the cops and have their mother arrested for negligence.

I am 27 and I do this. We have a pack (probably 10-15) kids that like to yell, scream, rollerblade, etc in the breezeway above our apartment. I have to yell at them at least once every day. Their parents are bastards and really need to reign in their kids, but they are too busy doing whatever the hell they do. Bastards.

I can't wait until our house is built and we can move in.

That's just sad. Trying to talk to the parents about it probably won't work because it is fairly obvious that they don't give a damn.
