When did this happen? I have been thinking of changing but this was a complete surprise. First Geekbabe, and now this? Hmmm...

I believe he was referring to "circumcision" which all males of Jewish decent undergo. Circumcision is the surgical removal of the foreskin of the penis, or "johnson" as it's called in street terms.
