pretty much, unless you just go to a package store and buy a bottle. Buying at the bars you need some serious cash unless you go to a western-style bar where you can order by the glass. Clubs and more upscale places you're pretty much expected to but a bottle, so a $35-40 bottle of jack can cost anywhere from $120-200.

I hate Asia. Like the chicks tho.
