the only time i have time to exercise is during the summer... any other time im occupied with school.. so yeah, decided to run a couple laps around the track field at the local school this morning.. This will be a warm up week, so after i did 2 laps i took a break and just walked one lap. Then did another 2 laps to finish my mile.. all i have to say is, it was pitiful... i did one lap and i was completely out of breath. By the third lap i almost had the urge to throw up. Yeah it was pitiful. 
o and im not over weight.. just out of shape. 6'0 @ 155lbs.. finally decided to get off my ass and exercise..
