wow, i found this and its really cool

its a mobo+cpu+vid+lan+(audio?), but tiny and very low power. all the connections are probably on brackets that connect to the sides.

When I first saw that....I thought maybe it was what you're describing...then I didn't believe it

nice for a little mp3 box or something.. but that processor can barely decode divx/dvd I think. well, anything below the 1ghz one.
 
If it had a second ethernet port it'd be perfect. It's almost perfect now, but doesn't appear to be available in the US(?).
