WoW Guild Organization Programs?

Does anyone know of, or use a good guild management program or spreadsheets?
Creating my first WoW guild and I want it to be as organized as possible before diving into it and dissapointing members 😉

huh? why would you need something like this?

For keeping track of guild bank items, DKP, who loaned what to whom on when, who attended what raids and helped kill which bosses, what alt belongs to which main, which member is a master of what profession and which rare enchants/crafts/patterns he knows, who is keyed for which instances, ideal playing/raiding times for which members, etc.

Probably stuff like that.

exactly, and thats "just the tip of the iceburg" because the more I think about it, the more items keep popping up that I would like to track.

I could make something in excel, but for one I am not that great with excel and for two, if someone else was using something that is effective it would save a lot of time and headaches

EDIT: on the Draenor server, alliance side

there are plenty of guild hosting websites already

for your bank stuff, there is a character profiler that you upload when you want to update the bag/bank contents of your bank characters

calendars to schedule raids, guild rosters, etc, etc

All you really need is to play the game and have fun.

fixed

While that is a perfectly valid view (and my personal view, in fact) I can fully understand how setting up a well-organized team to tackle complicated and difficult end-game content is also atttractive to some players.
