What's a "Kindle?"

Small stick to start a fire?
Child tied in a bundle?
Candle made from Kangaroo?

How do you not get sales tax? I always get charged sales tax from Amazon. Is it a state thing?

Yes

Amazon most likely has inventory located in your state which establishes nexus (minimum contacts required for a state to be allowed to impose its taxing power) for sales and use tax purposes. If Amazon does not have nexus with a particular state, it does not have a sales or use tax collection obligation. However, consumers are obligated to self-assess and remit use tax.

Negative. I surfed the websites of the B&M stores. :) Yeah, I probably should have saved myself the trouble and pulled the trigger at Amazon first anyway.

I just use this:
http://www.comparestoreprices....itality-dual-clean.jpg
$20 at CVS, rechargeable battery mount (I just keep it plugged in all day, but it purportedly has a 16 day battery life), with some Colgate total paste and floss every night. My dentist had nothing to complain about at my last cleaning/x-rays (a week ago).

Unless your teeth are in dire shape, or are otherwise weak due to genetics (thin enamel and whatnot) I fail to see the need.

Edit: If you want healthy gums, you need to floss constantly. Listerine won't do the job nearly as well, despite what their advertisements may say. :p

The most savings I've had with Amazon is still textbooks.
Textbooks cost way too much.
