Here in the United States of America we have, to a great extent lost our ability to use our language effecively and correctly--mostly due to our being intellectually lazy.
No person is illegal.
A person can have entered illegaly into another country (presumably based on that countries laws).
"Illegal aliens" is just a shorthand (read:Lazy) way of missusing the English language.
You can enter a country illegaly, you can stay in a country illegaly (e.g. migrant workers in the USA, US forces in Iraq) but you cannot be in any strict grammatical sense an "illegal"

I think he has the wrong city. It's Guadalupe that is mostly illegal. I live in Chandler, AZ and yes, Mesa is mostly Hispanic and a majority of them don't speak English, but I don't know about illegal.

1. It is VERY WRONG to violate the laws of this nation to get to that "better life." Why should we trust anyone to respect our laws, let alone comply with them once they are here, if they can't do that on their way into the country. :roll:

Your compassion is admirable, and I agree with it, but it's also useless if, in trying to express it on the level of a thundering horde of MILLIONS of illegal aliens, the entire socio-economic system collapses and drives more of our own citizens into the same poverty the illegals are trying to escape.

Sorry, but this is NOT the correct solution for the problem. It will only make things much worse.

If 10 million men steal a loaf of bread a day the cost of bread would go through the roof forcing more people to steal, it would be a deadly cycle.

So yes if a man steals a loaf of bread I would punish him. If he is fit enough to steal he is fit enough to work. Now if he asked for help I would do my best to teach him to fish and get him a rod.

Sleeping no as long as he isn?t hurting anything.

Healthcare that?s a tuff one if he is fit enough to work then again I would help him find a job any job just so he doesn?t get something for nothing.
