Proof positive that mandating English still will not result in effective communications. This post raises more questions than information it communicates. For example, what kind of warning did you get-verbal, written, on job, at school, at church, from your mommy? What does owning a "digital Scanner" have to do with anything? My rough guess is that you are on some sort of help desk and got warned about displaying your nasty attitude towards those you consider to be second class persons, but that's only a wild guess based on the little information actually communicated.

okay ol' fart, his post was badly wording and in reality I did not pay much attention to it. And looking back at it I still don't understand his stated statistics. Judging by the timestamp it was probably a half drunk rant. It still stands though if you mention Mexicans/hispanics and illegals in the same sentence around here you are automatically labeled a racist. I have been accused of being racist in other threads for mentioning Mexicans in regards to illegal immigration.

Mexicans bear the brunt of the anti-illegal anger because they are the largest group of perpatrators since we share and ever so porous border.

Perhaps employers should stop paying these people under the table, or raise the wages for the positions "Americans" won't do. Then local, state, and federal agencies get taxed wages that will pay for services these people receive for "free".
I would like to see all employers of undocumented untaxed workers hit with a nice back tax bill. Perhaps when we affect the bottom line, business will actually pay attention.
