No. S754 & S940 quite different

Guys, if you have a MicroCenter in your area, GO TO THE STORE and see if they have it. I just picked up the last one at the Mayfield Heights, OH, store, and it is NOT A PRICE MISTAKE. It had a printed $200.99 sticker right on the box.
