Wow, Epox has FAST tech support

Just trying to figure out a weird error with a freshly downloaded BIOS from their site for the 8KTA3 - Awdflash reports "File is not the original" or something to that effect.

Well anyway, response times thus far:

I don't know of any other company that offers that kind of speed for tech support replies.
 
Strange...
When I called about a dead motherboard, after fighting through all the press this, then press that,
I ended up with a voice message that all techs were busy, and leave a message so someone can
call you back. Of course they never did. So I simply returned board to Newegg for refund and bought
another Epox 8kha+. Although tech support and board didn't work well for me (board was refurb),
the performance and features were too good to pass up, so bought new 8kha+ this time around.
Maybe I caught them on a bad day? It was right around the same time the 8k3a was shipping.
 
epox has the best support hands down, responses are in minutes, always. And it isn't BS response, its real suggestions based on your problem, not a copy and paste answer
