Okay, it takes 1 calorie to heat up 1 gram of water by 1 Celcius. So we're heating up ~ 3860 grams of water by ~ 36 Celsius (from 1 degree to 37). Multiply that out and you get

138960 calories = 139 Calories 🙂
 
You probably burn more walking to the bathroom and back to evacuate said gallon of water.
