Wow didn't know CVS rip you off this much

Those traditional pharmacies are for convenience, not price. If you're not getting a prescription where you only pay the copay you probably can find it cheaper. Even Target and Walmart with pharmacies have significantly better prices.

Target has a 30 pack for $12.50

Wonder why Costco is so much less expensive. Will have to look for the stuff at Sams Club next time I visit.

I payed 65 sense for a pop out a vendin machine befor I found out that they has a box of pops at the Wal Mart for only a few dollars. Much cheper! I buyed lots of pops that way!!

Yup. I paid like $6 for a tube of Crest Whitening EXTREME w/ Scope @ Walgreens. It was $4.29 regular at Target but I found it on sale for 2.50. Walgreens/Longs/CVS = disgusting ripoff. Costco laughs at all of them.

Convenience has a price.

Why act so surprised?

Ask yourself this: Who has a larger profit margin? Cosco, Walgreens, CVS or Walmart?

You're not being "ripped off." You're paying for a less effecient, but far more convenient delivery system.

I wouldn't say far more convenient.

There are Walgreens/CVS stores in every neighborhood. Coscos are few and far between, and for most people, a long drive.

Also, the smaller stores are easier/quicker to get in and out of.

And finally, the smaller stores sell much smaller quantities of products. Most people forget that for many consumer goods, the bulk of cost is packaging and shipping, not the product itself.

CVS: 30 for $15

Costco: 365 for $16.29

Over 10x the price.
Buy it at Costco

But, what if he only needs 20 of them?

Sell the rest to shortspanishguy?

So I guess everybody knows he's a dealer. The thing about his goods they are probably cheap imports made of road paint and plaster. Danger Will Robinson!

If I'm feeling nasty I don't want to go through the 1-2 hours it would take me to drive to costco, park, get the stuff, check out, and drive back. I drive past 3 different pharmacies on the way home from work and 1 is a 5 minute walk from my apartment. It's way more convenient.

What he said. There's a reason they're on every corner.
