WOW, Did you see that shot by Rasheed Wallace??

im suprised he didn't get a techanical foul after he made it since he gets called for one so much.. very impressive shot.

I couldn't watch after halftime...the way we ended the first half, blowing that 14 point lead and just giving up steal after steal after steal.

On a good note, I just realized tonight that we have FSN HD 😛

Not as impressive as this, but awesome all the same.

Before I clicked on your link, I knew it was the kid from Guilford College who hit that ridiculous full court shot.

He was being interviewed by a local station later on and they gave him 10 balls to try to make the shot again.....and he did!!

Any good basketball player could probably make that shot out of 10 tries... but this kid was under some serious pressure, he grabbed that rebound from the freethrow and just heaved it. Amazing. You can tell he knew it was in before it even got close to the hoop, the sign of a good player.

According to the youtube description, it says it was the game winning buzzer beater, but the scoreboard says it was the end of the 3rd quarter and the score was 88 to 84. So it would've only sent them into the 4th quarter one point behind the other team. Not a game winning shot, but still just amazing.

No, there are no quarters in college basketball. The "3" that you saw most likely indicated overtime (1 indicates first half, 2 indicates second half on some scoreboards). Also, I believe they were down 1 or 2 at the time, so the shot changed the outcome of the game.

Remember when Gil Arenas squared up from half court last year? I've never seen that before. He's got range!
