It amazes me how many cool people come to give talks here, weve had great SF autohrs like Brin, baxter, and Salavatore. People like Al Franken and Bjrana Strousup (sp?) and today Bruce Campbell, I hope i can make it too see this lecture.
 
I can picture him walking in and doing the "This....is my BOOM STICK!!!" spiel.😀


Where exactly do you work BTW? We don't get anything nearly that interesting here at work, unless you count a big lecture on foodborne pathogens to be "interesting".:disgust:

That's so sweet! I actually just watched Army of Darkness for the first time a couple weeks ago. Bruce Campbell's a hottie! Now to rent the rest of the Evil Dead trilogy.
 
Is the character "Ash" in any other movies besides Army of Darkness?

Edit: Evil dead trilogy?...are the other ones as good as Army?

I saw the Evil Dead movies before seeing Army of Darkness. I think its hilarious that Evil Dead 1 and Evil Dead 2 are like the EXACT SAME MOVIE. I also think its hilarious that Ash's real name is Ashley 😀
 
i'm curious what he will talk about? does he have some sort of topic? or will he just spout off, "gimme some suger baby!" a buncha times?

BTW, I just finished the PC Game "Tachyon: the Fringe" featuring Bruce's voice. Pretty cool.
