Wow...Audi actually made a car that I find appealing to look at

I haven't been a big fan of Audi and I still HATE that boring/simple interior, A5 is just gorgeous.

BTW, it's been a while A5 has been around (since 2007). Just it's darn hard to see around as its sales figure represents (less than 30k sold so far, IIRC).

yeah I had never seen one before. I actually find the new TTs decent looking too, which is a change from the old ones which I thought were the ugliest thing in creation.

Material is good, but too simple/boring (so does my BMW). And also, I don't like they use too much red/orange color in the interior. I just feel much better when I sit in Infiniti or Lexus.

For me (A5, G37 or IS350 on my shopping list for this winter), the biggest downside of A5 is interior (the second being it German. I want to try something else since my current car is German).
 
Toward the end of this year (provided I get qualified) I will be trading in my WRX for an A5 3.0 TDI.

A coworkers has one... $55k for what you get, not worth the money. Very small on the interior. AWD doesn't work that well (We live in Alaska), slips more than a subaru for instance (I can't beleive I just said that...).

On a more personal note, I don't like the look of his... it's yellow. 😛

True. A BMW 335i is cheaper and will run circles around the Audi. But the A/S5 are nice looking.
 
I'd be interested to see what the new sport diff does for the handling of the A5. It already works magic in the new A4, so I can only assume it will do the same in Coupe guise. Here's hoping 🙂

It's not coming this year anyway, not anytime soon this year anyway.

I'm thinking late 2009-mid 2010. Which is fine, because that's when I plan to make the big money anyway.
