WoW again

I don't use any macros, most of what I need can be accomplished through various UI mods. The more useful ones include:

Self cast: alt+click on a spell to cast it on yourself
Cooldown timers: shows the cooldown time remaining on the actual spell button
Buff timers: Shows a small timer under the little status icons, especially useful with negative status effects

Macros are different from UI mods. You may want to specify exactly what you are asking for.

For UI mods, here's the ones I use:
CT Mod
Wardrobe
Gatherer
WeaponQuickSwap

As for Macros, I have a couple written that utilize the WQS mod I listed. Some healers write macros to inform their party of when heals are being performed. I intend to write some for myself one of these days... Enchanters often write basic chat macros to spam there wares in town and such.

I'm not looking for UI mods - I currently use CT Mod, and like it alot, though I'm not clear on how map notes works, or how to signal a map location to others...

I'm talking about commands used for self healing, stuff like that - can you combine commands? Would it be possible to have a macro that puts a different helm on, then changes into bear form (druid)?

Finally hit Sunken Temple last night, our group of 5 had 2 60's, 2 58's and me at 50 as the healer.....yes, we did quite well, but didn't go through the whole thing, I still have some quests in there we didnt' finish!
