yep, every company should lose hundreds of thousands of dollars from pricing mistakes if they want to be liked.

I once got a Western Digital 18GB Caviar drive for 19.99 -- it was a mis-price on a website that the retailer honored. I spent 20 dollars for a drive that was at the time nearly $300.
