Just get a Mac iPod and use ephPod or XPlay. Nobody wants to use MMJB anyway.Originally posted by: McPhreak
I think they need to figure out a way to be able to use an iPod with both an Apple and a PC at the same time without having to reformat.

I use ephPod and it's fine. It gets the music on my iPod, that's all I can ask for. XPlay is good too. It's sort of a non-program. What it does is allow you to drap and drop files onto your iPod. It does all the database updating for you?Originally posted by: dwell
Is ephPod and XPlay any good? Problems?
If you're spending $500 on an mp3 player, you can afford a $20 firewire card.Originally posted by: Zclyh3
But the problem is that no EVERYONE has a firewire port. Now if they made it where it shares USB AND Firewire (IEEE 1394) ports, then that would be the bomb.

I think Apple would make a lot of money by doing this. Heck, I would buy one if it had this function.

You can never get the 10GB one for $299.
