The quality seems too low & poorly done to be anywhere near official, but there's a trailer. Would definitely like to see a lot more street racing, but those days appear to be behind us.

Well get used to it..5 was the harbinger of a new trilogy...so it's not stopping with 6. I will say I actually enjoyed 5 more than any of the others.

They implied the next one would be Europe. While I think the racing thing is the lamest part of the series, high end European cars would be cool.

It doesn't have racing as the focus anymore... it's a car heist series now.

I meant racing around in cars thing. IIRC the car heist thing has been in all of them except Tokyo Drift. They should transition over to something like the Transporter. I dunno...working the "do 3 long and outlandish car chase sequences" seems to be holding the stories back. Just make them mercenaries or robin hoods. I think people just like seeing these characters on the screen...doesnt matter what they are doing.

I don't have high standards for movies so, yes, I will watch it. However, I also said the same thing about Resident Evil but the last one wa so bad that I stopped watching after 20 minutes. Even I have limits.

The best thing about the 5th one was that the important characters from the whole franchise were in it. I liked that, a lot actually. Now, the plot on the other hand.....

Exactly this. The first one was pretty convincing when it came to the argument of "you will not enjoy any movie in this franchise," and I went ahead and took its word for it.
