I never liked her but I Personally think she does a huge mistake on going against such a popular best selling game.

She obviously using this as a tool to promote herself and not even care about the game itself, but if she really cares, she should let the ESRB finish their investigation.

And if the ESRB decides that the game merits an AO rating despite THIS NOT BEING IN THE F'ING GAME?

This is like rating a movie for what was cut from it. If anything is changed or any fault laid, god help them.

I agree with you,

I mentioned the ESRB in a sense that if I was her advisor, I would suggest her not to go against something so many people love and if she really cared she should let the ESRB do it's job.

Depends on her opponent. If its Hillary vs. Frist or Hillary vs Jebbie, then I'd vote Hillary. On the other hand, if it was Hillary vs. Tancredo, I'd vote Tancredo.

Your two-party mindset is disheartening. There were at least 5 boxes on the 2004 presidential ballot here.

Yeah, but we saw what happened in Florida in 2000. If those types hadn't voted Green, we'd have been spared the last 5 years and the current Iraq quagmire, at the very least. This is why we need to modify our voting system so people can vote 3rd party, but have their vote go to the Dem or Repub of their choice if the 3rd party candidate flops...

Frist is a well educated man and he's not a career polician in the hands of the business elite. His only mistake was the Schiavo case.

You opinion of instant runoff voting is perfectly valid, but there was no damn need to bring Florida or IRAQ into this. LET IT GO, I have.

That's why there are other boxes.

If you're in a swing state, that could mean throwing your vote to your least favorite party. I'd rather vote Democrat than vote Green and end up helping the Repubs.

She wants it investigated because she wants to know how to see the action. Doesn't mean she is gonna ban it.
