Would you upgrade (sidegrade) to a X1950 Pro?

I noticed that BestBuy has the X1950 Pro on sale tomorrow for $199. I can problably ebay my X1800XT with Accelero X2 for around the same cost, making it an even trade. I can't decide if this is worthwhile, as the X1800XT is just as fast as the X1950 Pro in most games. I have the Abit AT8 32X Crossfire MB, and the X1950 doesn't require a mastercard for Xfire. My only concern is that DX10 cards are right around the corner, which should offer a huge boost in performance. What do you guys think?

X1950 Pro is not going to help you at all in DX10 games I dont think.

The only way I would do it is if you were going to go Crossfire or the X1950Pro has a lot of overclocking head room. I'm not too familiar with the numbers so I'm not sure how your card would stack up to an OCd X1950Pro.


Either way, it's probably too much hassle for a marginal upgrade.
