Would you trust this eBayer?

Not a chance. Either the goods are stolen or his account was hijacked and the hacker is setting up tons of auctions to rake in as much as possible. He's got 80+ copies of some of those games, no way they're selling that many for that cheap.

The negative feedbacks just haven't hit yet.

I can't believe that there are some positive feedbacks from these auctions a day after they made the purchase, long before any merchandise could have been shipped.

And he doesn't accept paypal on any of the auctions. If he were legit, he'd have hundreds of checks and money orders pouring in, a logistical nightmare.

But he's got all the neighborhood kids helping him out!

That's what I was going to say. 🙂

Under the 'Madden NFL', the seller tells a story about getting a 2nd morgage on his house to originally buy all the games. Strange.

Edit: My fault, he tells the same story for all the games. Interesting.

hes not the smartest of people, basically stating that hes trying to rip people off and sell these for far more than they are worth since he's going to make a significant amount of profit on them

Not sure how you came to that conclusion. All of his items are being sold for a bit under typical prices.

the positive feedback was most likely left because the buyer meant to pay with paypal, and the seller tlet them off the hook

If you click an item, each one says something along the lines of "80 available" etc. I am not familiar with ebay, I am not really seeing what the problem is? What is wrong with his payment methods? Money orders are traceable?

In each auction, he has a large quantity of each game for sale. It looks like he is usually starting them at 100 copies per auction.

Even though they are "traceable"... If you don't get your game, you don't really have any recourse. Right?

Is there any method (cashier's check?) where you could get your cash back?

Not on my life.

Plus... two negs in the last two or three days? Both complaining about the same thing no less.

Yeah, he states that he bought in bulk from a closing sale. How do you figure he's selling them for "far more than they are worth?" 😕

ah, didn't go that far in.

ok, yeah, if he has like 80 copies of each, then that sounds fishy...
