let's say you have a full-time 9-5 job. would you moonlight a 2nd job from 6-11pm if the job paid $100/hr?

I'm not interested in working any more hours, but for 100 an hour I'd seriously consider it ...

Doing what?
Is it a job or a career with growth?
Benefits?
Is it physical work?

I would take it for sure. My poor GF at PwC comes home at 11pm to 3am during 4 busy seasons without additional '$100/hr'.

Probably not. I'd never have any time to see my wife and kids except on weekends.

Sure, the extra money would be awesome, but I really value my free time.

If the work could be done from home, then I'd consider it.

Figure 50-weeks a year doing this at 25/hrs a week = $125,000

Why would you not do this?

lol hell yeah, and I'd quit my day job too. More money + more time = awesome. That would basically be 2k more per pay check than what I do now.

Though, it would heavily depend on the stress level. I'd probably keep both jobs for a while to get a feel for it, and if I find it's too stressful I would just milk it for as long as I can handle then quit. Money isn't everything.

People as me questions like this daily. In this economy and new business world. Are you really gonna pass up the chance to miss out on some extra money? 3 months for a little of your time in retrospect.. Do IT!!

its only for a few months though. 3 tops. with possibility of extension.

5x100= $500
5x500= $2500
4x2500= $10,000
3x10,000= $30,000

for 5 hours a night I would do this without a doubt. Think of all the debt you could clear out in a few months or if you dont have debt (lol) buy some nice toys, or add to your retirement account.
