I mean, we do it to cattle, why not people and why cant the government push it by offering tax breaks to couples that breed with favorable traits, not force them, but give incentives

Why would we? There are enough humans already... I'd support government controlled genocide of the human race though.

controlled breeding? no. it would be nice if prospective parents were required to meet a standard of minimum requirements (income, mental capacity).

parental licenses.

Oops, I thought it said "controlled breathing" so I voted yes. I have a nasty cold and I could use some controlled breathing.

Breeding? Nah, I don't trust the government that much.

Haven't you heard of my new "License to Breed" program?

Everyone starts with a license.

But as soon as you do some seriously dumb sh!t, it gets revoked.

And it's not hard to find the people once they do said dumb sh!t.

Because they're usually in the hospital, jail, or both.

I'd be somewhat for it, though breeding purely on gene strength could cause problems down the line(same genes floating around long enough and you'd get a higher chance of a handicap child and all that).

I'm sick of seeing single mothers though, it's a horrible thing for a child not to have a father figure.
