Not that I'll ever have a girlfriend, but lately I've actually been considering whether or not if I'd care about exclusivity. I mean, the op is framed such that I would have to by using the word "cheating", but if I may rephrase it to mean "Would you be OK with a 10/10 girlfriend in a one-way non-exclusive relationship?", I think I'd at least try it. Maybe when I actually had someone I loved and knew they were having sex with someone else I would feel completely different, but I dunno. In general I don't care about anything unless it's intended to hurt me, but if it's just for her own sexual satisfaction then it seems like it wouldn't be a big deal.

And cuckolding refers to watching your girlfriend/wife/etc have sex with others, not simply allowing her to be in a non-exclusive relationship.

Well, its not using if its mutual. Using implies an unequal relationship, which I don't think it is given the scenario. Now, if she said I'm going to do other guys, but you can only do me, thats different. But if she really is a 10, like I said, I'd be fine with it. True 10's don't come around that often, if ever. You just can't get upset when she does what she said she was going do.

As much as I cringe to rate people on a numeric scale, a non-trivial part of your scale in this sense would be made up of partner fidelity for me, regardless of knowledge of said infidelity.
