Just HAVING a third arm may not be of any use, if the arm can't do anything. It's like having a 6th toe or a 3rd testicle. It seems like it would help, but there's not really any return on your investment.

Can I put it inside of my current arm? Kind of like Wolverine's claws; I can extend and retract it at will. Also an accompanying "snikt" sound should be mandatory. But less metallic and more fleshy.
