I would keep my arms. My reasoning is that artificial legs will perform much closer to the real thing than artificial arms and hands would.

My father is paralyzed from the waist down, and while in physical therapy he meet someone that had no use of his arms. The guy told my dad "yea, I can go anywhere I want, but I can't do anything once I get there". My dad felt he had the better end of it, and I agree with my dad.
