This is what people don't get about this game--it's very easy to get both if you choose any appearance you want.

Say, "Give me the Donald!" then just walk into the Don's bank and his various hotels, treat everyone like shit and demand that they give you all of your money or you will sue right now!

Walk away with a far more significant amount of [Trump's] cash, then spend your life flying around in gold planes, wearing ball caps, and banging Romanian import women.

All you guys that say you don't care about your looks--well here is the answer that satisfies your apathy about looking like a dehydrated turnip but also allows you to walk away with tons more money.

This, I'm reasonably good looking, but $3M at a reasonable 5% annual return gets me 150K/year gross (and the ridiculously low capital gains tax rate instead of the bs worked income rate), that's plenty to keep up my family's lifestyle without touching the principal.

with 3M I'd use 25% of it and buy a house much closer to the office on a wooded lot, a 5 minute commute would be a HUGE improvement to my qualify of life. I'd keep my day job, but my qualify of life would be better, and the other 75% would be divided between a bond fund, an S&P500 index fund, and some a Russell 2000 index fund.
