Would you rather have a laptop or desktop?

High-end "desktop replacement" laptop with a full docking station. I've been using a ThinkPad A21p for three years now and I can honestly say that I've never had a moment when I wished that I had a desktop. The ThinkPad has been worlds more convenient, though it was certainly more expensive than a desktop would have been.

Two things. Everyone should have both. Laptops are always less powerful anyways, even with comparable specs. HDD is slower, usually integrated video, etc.
How much are you selling that for?

I dont know how much I'm selling it for yet..I'm not positive if I want to sell it. I got it for just under $1,300 after mail in rebates

I have a laptop and 4 active desktops.
I almost never use the laptop unless I go on vacation... The desktops get used heavily everyday, I prefer my desktops for sheer power and being a bit more flexible than the laptop.

i want both...if i had the money...i want the new 15 inch mac powerbook...the 17inch is too much of a monster....the 12inch looks really coool as well....

i have a desktop as well(my rigs)...a PC..but i want both...hehhehe

lol...it was probably a subconscious reason for me to get it in the first place, but i havent done it
