would you rather have a car or truck

<< They certainly are faster than most cars out there, but they don't have all the capabilities of a truck. First off they are a bit lower to the ground which ruins their offroad capability (also it is RWD only). Second, their payload is significantly lower than a regular F150. Third, they come with sporty tires which makes things even worse in the rain, and I wouldn't even think about taking it out in the snow. >>

That's true about the offroad thing and payload. Seriously though - that'll be a collectors truck - would you be wanting to haul trailers around and throwing dirt and mud in the bed of that truck? I certainly wouldn't. (I've seen people who have done that with their L's though - what a shame) You are right that it's not as capable as a regular F150 but it's the closest you're going to get. (I'll trade no more off roading when I can smoke LS1's off the line 😀 )

I'll probably never own a "car" again. I prefer trucks. I feel safer and have grown quite fond of the increased visibility.

The most car-like SUV that I'd want is a BMW X5.

Definately a Truck. Cars aren't designed to haul 3500lb ski boats... 🙂

The truck of my dreams would be a GMC Syclone. Turbocharged 4.3 liter V6, AWD, 0-60 in under 5 sec. Too bad they aren't manufactured anymore though.

Production truck would be a Dodge Dakota R/T. 5.9 liter V8, 17" rear tires, 4.10 rear diff.

I currently drive a GMC Sonoma, 4.3 liter V6, ZQ8 sport suspension.

I want a transformer button for my Probe, A Probe until I need to haul a sheet of plywood then....push button... flip, flop, load it into the back of my PU and away I go.
