Invisible. The first is useless except in poker, and you'd get caught before long on the second. Third... now there's some fun to be had.
 
Any of them could be equally profitable, depending on the personality using them:
Invisibility - this would require the most dishonesty to use profitably. The thief in us would exult in such a power.
Telekinesis - this one's for the megalomaniac in all of us. Or the vigilante. Assuming limitless telekinesis, you would become a demi-god. Personally, I would wind up using this for justice - commit a legal crime that is morally/ethically correct and then defy the courts. They would have one chance to get it right before I would literally tear the place apart and then walk out...
Mind-reading - if one can be selective with their invisibility (wow, that has a lot of "i"s in it..) and telekinesis, then one should be able to selectively use telepathy. Mel Gibson I am not... This would be the easiest power to use legally, and the least likely to be detected. It is probably the least dishonest way of elevating yourself.

My vote: telepathy...
 
mind reading would be awesome! but i think bad for me.... sometimes, as much as you want to know someones thoughts, you are probably better off not knowing!

i would have to go for invisibility along with my immortality
 
There is no way I'd want to hear what others are thinking. Granted it could be extremely useful, especially in negotiating, but I don't think I could handle hearing all the other stuff that you would pick up on.

Invisible for me.

When you come in late from lunch or leave early, it would be really nice to be able to do it without being seen. I guess I'm assuming that you can control when you are invisible, however. 🙂
 
mind reading.. but only if i can control when i want to read a person's mind. i wouldnt want to just look at someone and then have their thoughts streamed at me.

Being able to hear thoughts - meh, doesn't sound too fun.

Invisible to see the locker rooms of the opposite sex - nah, I can do that with the same sex already, without invisibility 😉

Telekinesis on the otherhand, coudl be VERY useful 😉
