Would you pay for a physical trainer if *they* were overweight?

I just don't see how people can entrust their body - and money - to someone who looks like they haven't worked out a day in their life. There's several at my gym (Bally's). I'm not saying every physical trainer has to be ripped up or huge, but they should at least look like they've used weights and/or a treadmill before.

Just a pet peeve of mine. Anyone else ever see this? I'm thinking it may be regional. There's a lot of fat people in my city/area.

yeah, but my old gym actually had a bunch of overweight trainers. It's really ironic when you think about it.

that is totally true. but on the other hand I'd have a hard time respecting somebody who had this great health knowledge but didn't have the will power to follow through with it, but then would expect me to. then again there are bald barbers who cut hair.....
