I mean Dell makes a pretty awesome profit from some of its computer stuff. If dell wasnt forced to pay taxes and use the overwhelmed USPS system ithink they could afford to give away theor products to us users. Sony doesnt do aswell as dell so they should be allowed to uses taxes and themail to make more money. Since sony has crappy warrties, the government should step in and make them give things to Dell to help Dell out as much as possible. The people in india use sony computer to troubleshoot dell computers so dell should be made to pay sony some royalty fees that will of course be billed back the the US governmet to help support dell and to make the sony stuff tariff free. If Ford were to use India for warranty service i think the post office would make some huge rpofits to send back to Sony.
 
Dell computers are cheap and reliable in most case for average users. Even though I like to build my own with AMD CPU, sometimes the dell offer is too good to past up. One thing I really like about dell comp is how quiet it is. My dell server sc400 is so quiet, until I add a fx5700 video card with fan. That makes some noises. And I only paid $130 for a P4 2.8 dell sc400.
