also, if this grenade even barely works on indian people, it would probably kill anyone else. their blood is like 75% curry.
 
They could have just used pure capsicum 11 million scoville units is a lot more than 1 million ... though I'm sure the refining necessary to purify it past 99% is probably incredibly expensive ... lol

Glad I don't live somewhere that I need protection from wild elephants. Running into a male elephant in heat would be much worse than the black bears around here.
