If the person was another Hitler, Stalin, Nero, ... I would probably do it for free because it would more than likely save thousands/millions of lives, but otherwise NO. Who am I to say who lives and dies.

If I was in a war, and I was not a technician or medical officer (which is more than likely would happen), then I would have to kill the "enemy", but I am hoping that I wouldn't start to enjoy killing people ("enemy"), just because of the thrill as sometimes happens.
