No. Technically speaking, I would be having the "affair" if I were cheating on my hypothetical wife, and I would not do that. However, let's assume the OP didn't mean this and is simply asking the question of whether we would consider having sex with an older woman who happens to be married. IMO, it would depend on a lot of factors, such as (in no particular order): Relative age, how good she looks, what kind of person she is, whether there was "chemistry" between us, what the actual status of her marriage was, what her long and short-term intentions were, and so forth.

Of course it depends on things, but your answer is yes nonetheless, since "yes" means "I would if the situation were right" and "no" means "I would never do that".
