Yes, I would go. It's educational and the doctor is right; they do autopsies in medical schools, why not in public if someone wants to pay to see it? I'd go.
 
If I could stomach it, sure. I see no reason to prevent him from preventing educational material to people.
 
Man, that doctors got some evil vibe goining...reminds me of the "Doctors" that wanted the Arc in Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Arc.

As for going - if you are a health professional/anatomy & physiology, then sure. Otherwise, it's just....odd.
