Would you go out or hook up with an intern?

My new intern arrived from Germany last Saturday, and Tuesday was her first day at work. Tonight, I took her out to dinner, and before parting, I swear she asked me, "Willst du mit?" or "Want to come with me?" I didn't, but I did hug her and kiss her on the cheek. We had some interesting and intimate conversations during dinner, and I swear the way she looks at me...

Anyway, she'll be 24 next month. (I'm 25 as of December.)

Is she fair game or should I avoid her passes since she's a co-worker/intern who works for me? (Not just me but for "my" side of the organization.)

Hell, I think my co-workers/boss would encourage it! And she goes back to Berlin in less than 3 months!
