Would you get this Water Cooler?

Pretty good, but not as good as your own. Still, that is the best deal I have ever seen for the money, and will outperform pretty much any fan heatsink. I didn't see anything about tubing size, but it would be great if it was 1/2 or 1/3, so future upgrades would be possible, especially for the pump.
 
I would not trust any Thermaltake Water Cooling kit. I heard they are poor quality and have a lot of leak issues. True, its a very inexpensive water cooling kit, but you're better off building a low budget kit for yourself like a Maze4 setup.
 
Maybe, but 150 isn't 90. The CPU block is ok, along with the radiator and reservoir. The only component I would be suspicious about would be the pump, which looks a bit dinky. For leaking, if you really want to avoid it, buy a tube of clear silicone-based waterproof caulk, and apply it around the fittings on the res and maybe rad. Double-check all the fittings before putting in water, then run it for a couple of minutes with a towel in one hand and the other on the PSU on/off switch. Some people seem to always disagree with the first post, no matter what it is. Therlmaltake and water cooling is a lot like Sony and TVs. They have great publicity and a few great products, but largely just OK stuff. But TT has always made decent quality stuff, so don't worry too much about that.

okey i just like to add, my friend got this kit. First off the resivour is lousy. The rear tubes if u dont straighten them out will bend and inhibit water flow. The pump also, isnt a very strong one and the pipeing alone is 1/4. Lastly the fan thats built onto the Radiator is LOUD. This kit also cant seem to out perform his old heat sink which was a XP-120. If you dont plan to OVERCLOCK at all, it might be a good kit provided that u do straighten the rear tubes on the res. But i would suggest u invest a little more do some more reading and try to build yourself one. www.jab-tech.com has pretty fair prices on each part.
 
Well then, listen to him, if he has first hand experience. No matter what, there are much better parts out there, but none that will match or beat that price.
 
It's worth it to invest in a quality watercooling kit. Self-made are the best but there are a few good pre-built kits out there (Swiftech kits with the Storm I've heard are pretty good). I have about $230 invested in mine (includes blocks for both video cards) and it dropped temps for my cpu about 15C (compared to an XP-120) and around 40C for the video cards.

A cheap kit will be ok if you want to mess around with watercooling but you'll be kicking yourself later when either, a) your temps are actually higher than they would have been with a good hsf, or b) you want to oc like crazy in the future but you're stuck with a sub-par system that won't handle the thermal load of your rig.
 
The pumps are junk went through two of them on my last system finally upgraded to a asetek kit the hydor pump was much better
