Would you get a faster Athlon XP or unlocked Athlon MP

Ok...I was told the Athlon MP is unlocked so would you get a faster Athlon XP 1700 at $158 or Athlon MP 1600 for $184 that is unlocked
I do not plan on unlocking the XP so the only o/c would be by fsb..I would hope to hit a 150 fsb..

So what is your opinion
