Would you eat a ham thats been frozen for 3+ years straight

Well, some ate it and they turned out okay. I just had mc donalds instead ;] which was in terms just as bad but good.

If it's been in sub zero temperatures the whole time, then it won't be bad as in food poisoning bad. But after that long it probably won't be very tender and good to eat. Cook it up and see what happens.

Most freezers aren't sub-zero (F).

As long as it remained frozen the entire time and was well packed it should be fine.

If it wasn't well packed, it might taste funny, but shouldn't hurt you.

If it has thawed and re-frozen, that's when you have problems.
