Actually....to be honest, I'm allergic to smokes, so if weed has the same effect, I would not be able to be in a serious relationship with them.

All my friends smoke. I'm in that high school crowd. First time I smoked I didnt get high. The second time I smoked was the last time, not because I didnt like it but because I dont feel like buying weed all the time. Thats not to say smoking weed was not one of the funnest things ever. I was the opposite of chill and relaxed. I was going nuts. Random outburts coming from me. air guitar,,lol, singing along.lol. Munchies. oh man, i gotta smoke again. I would definitely date a girl who smoked. Just as long as she only did marijuana. Other drugs creep me out.

Sure why not?

It would be fun to smoke with her

alcohol is legal, weed is not unless you live in colorado and have permission.

So, it's the legality that bothers some? What if they had stolen mp3s on their computer? Or tended to speed on the interstate?

The odds of them going to jail for weed are much greater than them going to jail for the crimes you listed. The fear is that they'll be carted off and you'll be left alone, still in love with them.

Well you usually only get a fine if you have small amounts. At least here in Ohio. Just because a drug is legal does not mean it is any safer. There are all the prescription drugs that had to be recalled because of various dangerous side-effects that the FDA gave the green light on. And of course there is alcohol, which is a posion and can kill you. Try to find out how many people have overdosed on THC, zero, due to the fact that it is nearly impossible to do. Marijuana is only illegal because the government can't make money off of it.

You're not normal! Wouldn't bother me at all. If she wouldn't let me smoke i wouldn't even give leaving a second thought.

I don't smoke it, but I'd have no problem with it.

Well, I tend to find stoners a bit boring when they're high, but if she likes testing the bedsprings while on it, I'm sure I could adjust to a woman who doesn't talk much ;)

my gf doesnt smoke weed but i do - does it really matter you should love people for who they are not what they do!

so i guess that's a yeh id still date someone if they smoked weed - even if i didnt.

I took a girl out 5 times,and found out she was a dopehead;not only like to smoke,
but was into sniffing glue,and taking other peoples Valium,etc.... :(
didn't go out with her any after that.

I really don?t know...something to think about, friend of mine took a girl out and on the way to dinner they get stopped, speeding. cops see a beer can on the floor and asked them to get out, he finds a joint in the passengers seat, she tried to hind it...you got it, its his car, jail over night, fine and probation...what got him the most was that they (her/him) had a deal that she would not carry any while together...

that depends on what country you live in... if you live in Canada and get caught smoking pot they either tell you to put it out... or to go home and smoke it there. Also... who cares if they smoke pot every now and then its not a hard drug, its not a gateway drug and its not addictive.

Yes, I know that by another (scientifically correct) definition, all alkaloids are considered drugs, but this thread is about weed, not coffee and tea.
