Hell no.

Where would it go? Best case scenario is that you hit it a few times and don't catch the disease, then you break up over something else.

There are a whole lot of bad and even worse case scenarios, though.

Are you going to marry her and have kids? You want kids born with AIDS?

Also, you might catch it from her.

If things were neutralized....maybe
but as with any other girl...maybe

The thing that I would be more interested in long term issues. Clearly having a long term partner whether you choose to marry or not is way more than just sex - if you think it is otherwise...whellp this is we have so many problems ;)

So not all of it boils down to sex - but if you , or I , would truly care for who you are with, you will express your love and care in more than just one way. That doesn't mean that it is sex 24/7 like many of you want to believe =p but sex will play a part in it. Of course a thousand other things will also play a part of it...so the decision shouldn't be based on sex alone, although I do think sex is a special way for a couple to how they care for each other.

So if there is one avenue LESS by which you can show how you care for her, it does create a problem when that avenue is a very special one. Of course we also have raw human needs (not just men! But female as well~ don't deny it ladies!) that will have to be "satisfied" every once in a while

Of course if it is truly neutralized and I have nothing to worry about...then why not? She may die and leave me from this world earlier- and I would clearly want to AVOID that, but for a girl that you truly loved with all your heart and was purely dedicated to ~ the time that you did have is simply a blessing you'll never find elsewhere.

So yeaah~ I would

i want to spread my seed as life intended, and produce healthy offspring. it is likely someone with STD's may interfere with this process and have the chance of spreading the diseases to either myself, my offspring, or both... and um, that is something I would like to avoid.
darwinism and natural selection and population control is what is at work. those with diseases aren't fit for procreating, and also through death lower the population one by one. and i know someone will be upset by what I just said, but it's called nature. we don't escape the functions of nature and are subject to all the same processes other lifeforms go through. its why diseases and virii exist in the first place, to kill and keep other organisms in check.

that out of the way, the simple answer to the proposed question?
no

No. Let's be honest. Eventually I'd want to bang her.

Eventually??? The only reason people date each other is to have sex. So no I would never date someone who had HIV because my life is more important than anything else.
