In the Philippines there was a street lady with child, and yes she was a professional. For most of us we weren't with her for the obvious, but rather because of the person she was. Based on prior experience, would have to say that the possibility exists depending on the type of person she was.

btw, that was 2 years in the Philippines as a Peace Corps Volunteer where i worked with farmers and my wife worked in the leprosy camp.
