That's how I think It should be. Person A seems to think that we give ourselves positive Feedback here on AT.

well i know i'm a relative newbie to fs/t as well as ebay, so i always assume i'm going to pay first, and i use paypal, so i can always protest payment if i run into a big problem...then again, i've never really bought anything that would require me to be that concerned about that large of a sum of money - i.e., never bought anything much over $100

With this Scenario you might have to ship first. Still that doesn't mean that you should expose yourself to a possible trolling . If the other trader is a well known individual here you shouldn't have a problem with finding good references for him other than heatware. If all he has is heatware then contact those who left him positive evals to make sure they are legitimate. Heatware is a very good tool but on it's own it is still vunerable to Stanks and Trolls as some Fromunda's have used good traders Heatware to troll unsuspecting traders, especially those who are noobs when it comes to trading. If you have any questions contact a well known trader held in high regard like John and Compuwhiz just to name a couple.

If there is any doubt in your mind about the trade by all means hold off. What good is a great deal when you end up getting Trolled!
